Somos Group provides strategic communications and stakeholder engagement support for PG&E’s Potter Valley Hydroelectric Project, a complex, multi-agency effort to decommission aging infrastructure and transition to a new regional water and energy framework. 

SOMOS developed a comprehensive communications platform to translate technical, regulatory, and environmental processes into clear, accessible information for diverse stakeholders. 

This includes development of public-facing materials, stakeholder coordination strategies, and a centralized FAQ and website structure. Our work supports informed participation, aligns agency and partner communications, and ensures transparency throughout the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) surrender and decommissioning process.
