Our team coordinates closely with elected officials, labor partners, and neighborhood stakeholders to ensure each acquisition and transition is smooth, transparent, and aligned with local priorities.

This includes managing resident outreach, organizing on-site engagement events, and providing clear, accessible communication so tenants remain informed throughout the ownership transition. To date, our team has supported Ethos on seven projects across California, helping position the company as a responsible, community-centered affordable housing provider.
