Represented Relevant Group in the permitting of the 190-key Thompson Hotel to allow ground-floor restaurant and bar uses and rooftop outdoor dining and bar programming. Thompson Hollywood presents a design-forward, luxury boutique hotel experience, featuring a superb collection of guest rooms and exceptional amenities reflective of the vibrant spirit of its Hollywood location.

Morrison Hotel & Residences, Los Angeles, CA

Representing Relevant Group in the permitting of the Morrison Hotel & Residences. The project intends to convert the SRO apartment building into a hotel with a total of 444 guest rooms. Additionally, the project involves the construction of a 25-story, 325-foot-tall high-rise on a site located directly north of the Morrison, featuring 136 residential units atop ground-floor retail and restaurant space. The hotel will be reimagined as a sophisticated space for today’s artists and innovators drawn to the distinctive culture and history of the city.

Citizen News, Los Angeles, CA

Represented Relevant Group in the permitting of restaurant and event space uses at the Citizen News Building. Providing an unparalleled backdrop for bringing dynamic, creative vision to life, the 48,000-square-foot space features world-class restaurants, lounges and private studios.

Beauty & Essex, Los Angeles, CA

Represented Relevant Group in the permitting of Beauty & Essex, a restaurant which occupies 10,000 square feet of space on North Cahuenga Boulevard. Outdoor seating is introduced with a ground floor courtyard and a patio on the second level. The double-height main dining room offers natural light from a 20-foot oval skylight, while an elegant private dining room allows for a more intimate dining experience.
