Mixed-Use

Evermont, Los Angeles, CA

Represented Vermont Manchester Mixed Use LLC, a partnership that included BRIDGE Housing and Primestor Development, Inc., in a visionary public-private partnership with the County of Los Angeles. The project will  redevelop a 4.1-acre property in South Los Angeles at the northeast corner of Vermont Avenue and Manchester Boulevard that has been left vacant and blighted since the 1992 Los Angeles Civil Uprising. Evermont is a mixed-use development that will provide 180 units of affordable housing for seniors, families, and youth; grocery and retail stores (including anchor retailer Target); a SEED school (the County’s first public charter boarding school that prepares students for careers in transportation infrastructure, STEM, and the humanities); a transit plaza; and a Metro training facility.

Panorama City Center, Los Angeles, CA

Representing Primestor Development in the redevelopment of the Panorama City Center, a dynamic mixed-use environment on a 17-acre site in the City of Los Angeles. With the anticipated arrival of the Metro Van Nuys Line and the North San Fernando Valley Line at its front door, it will become one of the most accessible locations in the City. The revitalization will deliver quality jobs, investment, and economic empowerment to a community that has experienced under-investment over the last 50 years. In addition to a range of housing options in keeping with the community’s needs and vision, it will include activated plazas fronted by vibrant restaurants and retail. Panorama City Center will become a cherished destination that reflects the unique cultural heritage of Panorama City.
