Lucia has led communications strategy across nonprofit and civic organizations, including managing campaigns, developing content across web and social platforms, and increasing audience engagement through data-informed approaches. She has supported initiatives related to mobility justice, environmental advocacy, and cultural development—facilitating cross-sector collaboration and strengthening connections between organizations and the communities they serve. Her experience also includes research, content production, and event coordination, where she has consistently delivered clear messaging and measurable results.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Pomona College, where her academic work focused on archival research and cultural analysis.
