Brian Kim

Brian Kim is an Attorney at Somos Law Group. He specializes in all aspects of real estate law. Brian helps lenders, real estate investors, owners and developers maximize their debt and equity real estate investments.
Brian has significant experience representing clients with respect to the leasing, acquisition, development and disposition of office, retail, residential, senior housing, hospitality, industrial and mixed-use projects across the country.
Additionally, Brian represents lenders and borrowers in lending transactions, including real estate acquisition financing, construction loans, loan assumptions, loan modifications and refinancings. He also has extensive experience representing national financial institutions in senior secured and unsecured credit facilities, cross-border financings and cash flow and asset-based lending transactions.
Brian has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a J.D. degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
