Audrey Younsook Jang

Audrey represents public, private, and nonprofit clients in matters involving land use and real estate, offering strategic guidance across all phases of development from predevelopment, entitlements, and regulatory compliance. She has advised clients across diverse sectors on complex projects. Her experience includes advising developers, corporate clients, nonprofits, and government entities on land use due diligence, transactional matters, and regulatory compliance, negotiating and securing complex agreements, permits, or contract], and representing clients before administrative agencies, regulatory bodies, courts, or legislative committees.
Audrey is actively involved in community-driven development and has served on the board of the Beverly-Vermont and Chinatown Community Land Trusts for over 7 years. She has completed extensive pro bono work in supporting a public-private partnership of the City of Los Angeles to build missing middle housing on small city-owned lots, and has coordinated convenings of diverse, emerging developers in the Los Angeles area. She has spoken on the American Planning Association’s California 2025 Conference: Waves of Change – Reconnecting Communities, on the topic of wildfire recovery.
