Represented Jonathan Rose Companies in their first Los Angeles housing project – a 100% affordable residential community located at 1917-2005½ West 3rd Street in the MacArthur Park neighborhood. The project involves construction of a new, seven-story residential building with 134 apartment homes for low-income households, with more than 10,000 square feet of open space and community spaces for fitness, yoga, community gatherings, and bike parking. The project team includes renowned architecture firm Brooks + Scarpa and landscape architect firm TINA CHEE landscape studio to buttress the developer’s commitment to local partnerships and working with minority- and women-owned businesses. The project design focuses on energizing the streetscape at West 3rd Street through unique architecture and indigenous landscaping

1316-1328 Linwood, Los Angeles, CA

Represented Relevant Group in one of their first housing projects in the City of Los Angeles. Centrally located in Downtown Los Angeles, 1316 N. Linwood Avenue features a 160-unit, 100% affordable housing project of exceptionally designed modular studio and one-bedroom residences. Thoughtfully programmed open spaces and common areas include a courtyard, rooftop terrace, indoor recreation room, and bicycle parking. Entitlements included AB 2162 for supportive housing.

409 5th Street, Los Angeles, CA

Represented Relevant Group in the entitlement of a housing project in Downtown Los Angeles’ historic Toy District at 409-411 East 5th Street. The 100% affordable project includes 150 exceptionally designed modular one-bedroom residences. The modern, eight-story building will offer almost 8,000 square feet of amenities both on the roof deck and throughout the basement floor. 

1601-1647 N. Las Palmas

Represented Relevant Group in the entitlement of a 200-unit modular, 117,250 square foot project in the heart of Hollywood, featuring 15,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space and large rooftop terraces that provide ample views. Entitlements included SB 35.

200 North Central Avenue, Los Angeles CA

Represented Little Tokyo Service Center and Go For Broke National Education Center in the entitlement of a 248-unit affordable and supportive housing project in the heart of Little Tokyo. Ground floor commercial, community and institutional space for legacy businesses and Go For Broke National Education Center. Entitlements included a vesting tentative tract map and transit-oriented communities (TOC) entitlements.

La Guadalupe, Los Angeles, CA

Represented Azure in the entitlement of 44 affordable housing units. Entitlements included state density bonus with development incentives and waivers of development standards.
