Cal State LA
Represented Cal State LA in real estate matters and facilities design, permitting and construction. Work completed includes negotiation of all aspects of third-party agreements for development of a state-of-the-art athletic facility, including training and physical rehabilitation space, playing field, and other sports facilities. Agreements included commercial partnerships between the university and third parties, advertising and signage program, concession agreements, master ground lease and licensing, construction and development agreements and other real estate uses.
Long Beach Community College District
Represented the Los Angeles Community College District with the reimagining of the Liberal Arts Campus (LAC) for future affordable and market-rate housing to meet the housing needs of its student, faculty, and workforce.
Los Angeles Community College District
Representing the Los Angeles Community College District in its development of a District-wide housing initiative. Advising the Board of Trustees in development of a housing policy and implementation plan to address housing access and support services for students and faculty. Counseling the District regarding its Student Housing Pilot Program in partnership with Jovenes Inc., Los Angeles Room and Board, Optimist Youth Homes and Family Services, Seed Housing Project, and The Shower of Hope.
