Treasure Island is a revitalized and reimagined neighborhood in San Francisco Bay featuring new vibrant public recreation and cultural spaces, residential and commercial spaces.

Ongoing technical and strategic support for multi-phase Treasure Island and Yerba Buena Island mixed use development project. Coordination of horizontal infrastructure development by sub-phase, including support for land use planning as contemplated in the Development Agreement between the developer and the City and County of San Francisco. Support for implementation of Design for Development standards and guidelines for on Island development, including Streetscape Master Plan and Treasure Island Arts Master Plan. Support for Interagency Coordination Agreement (ICA) supporting City obligations to review and approve subdivisions and acceptance of public infrastructure. Development and implementation of Labor strategy for implementation of prevailing wage requirements as required by Development Agreement.
